1. General

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18
• Accessing the Platform in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players against the Platform or other users

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express prior written consent from 3rrr.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrr shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform

Where 3rrr is found liable for direct losses in connection with the Platform, liability shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your 3rrr account at the time the cause of action arose, or such minimum amount as required by applicable law.
